Purpose

The purpose of this Code of Ethics is to establish and maintain a standard of ethical behavior and conduct for all employees and stakeholders of Freedom Construction & Design. For the intent of fiercely protect and uphold the interests and wishes of our priceless customers & Patrons, who serve us in support and provide the bread for our families. This code outlines the principles and values that guide our actions and decisions, fostering a culture of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility seeking to be different. We strive to never be labeled as an average company, but the standard of excellence.

Reporting Violations:

Any employee who becomes aware of a potential violation of this Code of Ethics is obligated to report it promptly to the executive members Rick or Skyler or through the company's designated reporting channels via slack to Human Resources. The company and its board of trustees can and will commit to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation from any executive or supervisor.

Compliance:

All employees and stakeholders are expected to familiarize themselves with and adhere to this Code of Ethics. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or termination of business relationships. All Clients are held to this code of Ethics, and expected not to verbally abuse staff or business contact, knowingly and or intentionally cause project delays, delay payment, craft erroneous complaints devoid of basis. All actual complaints or notices of breach should be relayed to the site supervisor immediately via 513-787-1960. We seek to leave revenants for future use in small amounts for the clients possession, but not to leave unneeded waste at the clients place of residence or location.
